We do not have a retail shop, and we cannot take walk-in orders.
All orders must be placed 24 - 48 hours ahead of time for pick-ups,
and must present credit card and sign charge slip at time of pick up.

Thank You!* *You should be given an order # when you call. If the operator forgets* *to give your order #, please ask them for it to use for your reference!*
2) By Fax	Fax your credit card order to: (715) 278-3904
3) By Mail	Mail Money Orders to: Bitter Creek Candle Supply, Inc. 42212 County Hwy. E ~ Ashland, WI. 54806-4119 Call in order ahead for total. Order will be shipped as soon as money order is received.
4) Online	CLICKHERE to use our Secure Online Shopping Cart System! NOTE: RUSH orders are better placed by phone to ensure same day shipping! Orders placed online for RUSH shipping may not go out til the following day!

NOTE: Orders are sent to our processing department as soon as they are received,
so please double check to ensure your order is complete.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Credit Card
Check/Debit Cards (no ATM cards!)	Don't want to use a credit card but want your order fast without COD fees? *We accept checking debit cards! The instant solution!*
	Mail Money Orders to: Bitter Creek Candle Supply, Inc. 42212 County Hwy. E ~ Ashland, WI. 54806-4119 Order will be shipped as soon as payment arrives by mail.
Checks-by-Phone	Call to set up your account! Click the logo for details! Must fax or mail a voided check from your checkbook. All returned checks will be assessed $25* (plus bank charges). No Starter checks, Foreign checks, or checks over $600.00 accepted. Limit of 1 check per week / $3000 per month accepted.
Wire Transfer	Transfer funds direct from your bank to ours, fast and efficient, only $15.00 per transaction. Orders over $500.00 can wire transfer at no charge!
PayPal	Please wait for us to request Paypal payment from you after we have packed your order and figured up your exact total.
Ordering outside of the U.S.?	We only ship to insurable countries via Postal Service, or UPS/Fedex Air where available. $ Click Here $ for a handy online currency converter!

Shipping:

Shipping rates are calculated by weight & size of package. Please call or e-mail for exact shipping charges on your order. We do not ship C.O.D.
All orders are shipped via UPS (Ground or Air) or Fedex Express, unless ground delivery is not available in your area (outside the continental U.S.) We no longer ship FedEx Ground.
We ship UPS Hundred Weight on orders of over 200 lbs (approx. 20% savings).
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Rush orders will be charged a $3.00 rush fee in addition to air shipping charges ($5.00 during busy season), and are shipped same day if received before 12:00pm Central Time by phone. We cannot guarantee online orders to go out same day in all cases. If you need it rushed, you must call in your order!
Next Day Air orders placed on Fridays before 12:00pm will arrive on Monday unless you specify Saturday Delivery (additional $10 charge). Saturday Delivery is not available in all areas!
Orders outside the UPS areas are shipped US Postal Service on Fridays only. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing on postal orders.
