POLICY:  Bath-n-Body Products, Soaps, Dyes, Fragrance & Flavor Oils, Books, Waxes & Wicks are not returnable under any circumstances.
Other merchandise returns accepted only within 15 days of purchase. In-store credit will be given, no cash refunds unless our error.
Unless incorrect items were shipped due to an error on our part, or items were defective, there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns to
cover all re-packaging costs, credit card or check fees and labor incurred.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns unless
items were shipped in error.  Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in satisfactory condition to be accepted.
If items are not received in acceptable condition in clean packaging, or are unauthorized, they may not be accepted or credited.
