UPS Rates:

TIP OF THE MONTH:
Many consumers unfortunately don't read the caution labels on the bottoms of candles, so we've come up with an idea to help:  Try making your own Candle Burner Club cards!  The perfect idea to ensure proper and safe candle burning and promote sales at the same time!  Just make some computer post cards (or have some printed) that list the cautions and burning instructions, and a place for the customer to sign their name.  Ask the customer to read it on the spot and sign it right then.  Leave room for 10 squares on the cards to punch or initial each time they buy a candle, and give them a free product or a discount once their card is filled with 10 punches!  Keep the cards in a index card file box to pull and punch each time they come into your shop.  That way you have their signature on file stating that they've read and understand the cautions and instructions on how to properly and safely use their candle!  This may help avoid fire or smoke damage to a customer's home as well as covering you and your business!
