~ Water Crystals!  These amazing crystals expand when you add water, to make beautiful clear gel chunks that look great in a glass bowl as a bed for floating candles!  You can also add food coloring to tint them any color you wish.

~ Gel Candle Accessories in stock!  We now have 4 types of Glass Fish, Glass Candies, Glass Frogs, Natural or Colored Seashells, and Starfish.  We will soon have Sea Horses and Colored Sand, and hope to add other unique accessories to our line soon!  We are your Gel Candle Supply Headquarters!

~ We now have a new UPS tracking-by-order number on the main page of our site!  Now you can use the order number our phone rep gave you to track your order right online!

~ We are no longer accepting backorders on any out of stock items.  This will avoid confusion and mix-ups on orders.  When ordering by phone, we will inform you of any known out of stock items per the computer.  When processing online orders, if any items are out, we will attempt to contact you by phone or e-mail for instructions.  If we cannot contact you within 2 business days,  the order will be shipped without those items, and they can be re-ordered at a later date.  If any out of stock items are in desperate need, we can add your name to a waiting list, and you will be notified when they come back in stock so you can place your order.

~ Return Policy Changes:  As of 2/28/2000, we will no longer be able to accept returns on fragrance oils.  We regret having to change this policy and are sorry for any inconvenience.  It is, however, in your best interest, as it will allow us to better ensure high quality, sanitary products.  This also applies to all soap bases, all liquid products such as dyes, Bath-n-Body products, and flavored oils.  In order to enable you to try new fragrances more cost effectively,  we have implemented a new 1 oz. sampler deal,  Buy 5 get 1 free!  We also recently lowered our price on our 1 oz. fragrances from $2.75 to $2.50.  We strongly encourage taking advantage of this deal when trying new scents before buying in bulk.  We feel this program will prove to be even less costly to you in the end, since the cost of purchasing a 1 oz. sample is less than the postage to return a larger bottle.   We thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
