Positions in this department require energetic and motivated people who like to keep busy, and who pay attention to detail and have a genuine concern for quality control for our customers.  Must be able to work on your feet (padded mats provided).  Work includes picking items off a packing list and double checking to make sure the correct items are picked.  This can include packaging products if the shelf is empty, including pouring liquid fragrance oils and dyes (aprons, gloves and splash goggles provided).  This department also employs packers, who take the picked orders and double check each item for accuracy and carefully pack the order to be shipped out. 

Positions in this department require basic office skills including typing, computer experience including knowledge of Windows, MS Word and the Internet, good phone skills with a pleasant speaking voice and a friendly attitude toward customer service.  Must have a good memory and be able to familiarize yourself with hundreds of products, as well as the layout of our website.  Energetic people with a great personality and a sincere eagerness to help customers are a must!  Our customers are our business! 

Positions in this department may include operating a fork lift and climbing ladders, lifting heavy boxes, general maintenance, packaging products such as wax slabs and candle gel, organizing bulk merchandise such as pallets, drums and boxes, pulling stock for packing department, etc. (hard hats provided).
