We
scour the world to find the best quality products at the lowest prices
so we can give you the best deals possible. But we know that a great
deal doesn’t just mean a low price… it means a great product at
a low price! We pride ourselves on the quality we provide our customers,
and we have the years of experience and knowledge of the industry behind
us to bring you only the best. We are constantly adding new products
to our line, striving to give you the best variety available anywhere!
As
our company has grown over the last five years, we have been able to purchase
in larger volume on many of our products, which enables us to purchase
at a bigger discount and pass those savings on to you. So occasionally
when you see us lower a price, it usually means we’ve raised our volume
on that item. Once in awhile, if we are able to find a new source
for a product and get a better deal, we may change suppliers in order to
offer you better prices (such as we have done on tin-tie & ziplock
bags, incense, water crystals). But rest assured, we never switch
unless it is either exactly the same or better quality!
And
we guarantee we NEVER change any of our fragrance oils without clearly
noting such on our website! Through our five years of business we
have only changed a very few fragrance oils (such as cherry, pineapple,
summer citrus, pear glace), and each time we have clearly marked those
as “new reformulated version” on our website. In some of the cases
we reformulated to raise a low flash point, and in some cases we have reformulated
to make an oil lotion-safe when it was not previously. But in every
case, we sample and test thoroughly and make sure that the new version
is as exact a duplication to the original as possible. In order to
get our approval a fragrance must be at least as strong or even stronger
than the previous one, or we will not sell it! We are BIG on
integrity!
In an effort to provide the most consistent fragrance oils possible, we
check each batch for quality control. If we detect a problem with
the fragrance we reject that batch and return it to our manufacturers.
We keep retainer samples on file to compare, and we have several experienced
members of our staff check for consistency. Although it is common
in the fragrance industry that slight variations will occur from time to
time in the color of oils, we do our best to make sure the color variances
do not have an effect on the aroma. We also run polarity tests on
each and every batch of GelAromas™ we get in stock, so we are able to guarantee
them to be non-polar. We know consistent quality is important to
you, and it's important to us too!
We
try our best never to have to discontinue a product, and in the very few
cases where we have had to, it was only because the product just didn’t
sell enough for us to continue to stock it. We also keep our customers
informed of any company news, new products, sales, etc through our monthly
newsletter and on our message
board. We work hard to keep plenty of product in stock at all
times, and we’re always happy to call and let you know when something is
out, and even email you when it comes back in! We strive to provide
same day shipping whenever possible, and we pack your order carefully and
utilize both UPS and Fedex to get your packages to you as quickly as possible.
We use recycled packaging materials as much as we can, in order to save
the company and the customers money as well as help the environment.
Not only are we candlemakers just like you, but we invest a great deal
of time researching and testing, so we can provide you with the most helpful
and accurate information possible. We provide not only the quality
products you need to make your business a success, but we provide the know-how
to go with it! Our tech support team has over 15 years of combined
experience in candlemaking, soapmaking and other various related crafts.
